We insure each animal for up to $1200.00 for
the following situations: lost, stolen, death by
accident or death sustained during an injury.
We will also cover medical bills for physical
injury sustained while in our care due to our
negligence up to $2000.00. Also your shipping
fee will be refunded.
We are not responsible for any injury or death
due to pre-existing conditions. A necropsy will
be preformed after any incident to determine
the cause of death. If the cause of death is
natural, old age related or pre-existing medical
then Cajun Pet Express is not responsible for
any costs. All vet bills will be the owners
responsibility. 1/2 of the shipping fees will be
refunded as a courteously.
After dropping off your puppy and days later it
contracts a diease we are not responsible
unless it can be proven that it was a direct
result of our negligence. It is impossible to
determine the exact time and date that a puppy
contracts a diease because of the inquibation
period. All puppies are recommended to have
at least two sets of shots before we will feel
comfortable shipping it.
We take the utmost care for your dog. We treat
your animal as if it was our own! Our clients
know this. We have 6 years of injury and
