Door to Door means pick up and delivery from residence or work place. (no travel required for you) Interstate to Interstate means pick up from interstate exit closest to your residence or workplace. (minimal travel required) Interstate to interstate will be less expensive. Some people live hours off any major interstate so Door to Wilderness may not be an option. There are no extra charges once a final price has been agreed upon. Flat Rate Pricing! We pays all highway toll's. We also provide transport to Amish locations.
